I've only eaten Muscovy one time. The meat was really fabulous.

I didn't raise them and I didn't cook them, but with any type of meat, knowing how to correctly cook it makes a huge difference. Since I have personally eaten tender juicy moist delicious Muscovy, I know for a fact that they can be properly prepared to be a real gourmet meal.
