How much black oil sunflower seed is too much?

Does anyone know of any sort of guideline as to how much BOSS is too much in a whole grain ration for layers? Looking for a "not more than ___ per hundred pounds" or "not more than 30% by weight" and a source, if possible.

I have found guidelines on barley, wheat, oats and flax - things like "add no more than 15% by weight" and whatnot, but I have not found ANY information about any sort of limit on BOSS.

Thank you, that is an interesting site.

They mention using a pretty high percentage in broiler ration.

For layers, only one study is reported, using only about 5% BOSS. It reports at that level there being neither an increase nor a decrease in egg production.
