How much would a rooster cost at a animal swap say like a barred rock rooster or Rhode Island Red or some standard kind of rooster?

In Texas, they go for $15 but you can often get them for $10. I refuse to pay for a rooster because it seems someone always has extras. have you asked this forum if anyone in your area has any?
