How much land?

Just wondering how much land an ostrich would need? Ive got about an acre. Thanks!

That's more then enough, at least you find the eggs in deep grass, when not masses of space lol They become much tamer and friendlier that way.

Hi, I have raised Ostrich for over 27 year, and still do. First of all you should never keep just one Ostrich. You should have at least three birds, they are flock animals. When they mature into breeders, the rooster can put to much attention on one hen. A breeder pen should at least 50 ft by 100 ft for three grown breeder birds. Good luck
