Depends on where you get them, what breed you get. You can buy chicks and chickens and eggs at auctions. You can buy chicks and sometimes eggs from a hatchery, You can usually buy all three from individual breeders. Sometimes the need to sell determines the price. What breed are you looking for? Someone on here can probably tell you what they get.

I only know some of your answers.
Chicks: If you buy in bulk from a hatchery, they are less than a buck a piece, usually. Prices vary by the number you buy.
Laying Hens: You can almost always find 2-3 year old hens being given away, or for a nominal $2-$5 fee.
Pulletts coming into lay: $10-$15
Cockerels: usually free
Dozen Eggs: In my area, between $2.50 and $3.00

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED, STATE/ AROUND BIG CITY? there are quite a few with silkies/bantys for sale on this board, POST in BUY SELL TRADE LOOKING TO GET 4 SILKIES in __________________ and see what replies you get kind of hard to tell yo where to get them if no one knows where you are.
