How my hens deal with Florida summers

My girls have found that the drain from the A/C puts out cold water. They take turns standing in it to cool off. Very smart of them actually but terrible for feet feathers!! Apparently they also made a mud puddle and cool off standing in that too.

Yes they are.
Sultans have a bad rap about egg laying and broodiness, it's undeserved. I have 9 sultan hens and get 6-8 eggs a day. I've even had a few go broody and raise some chicks.
Everyone needs at least one sultan. They are the sweetest hens and even the roosters are not too bad.
