How old are these babies?

Once they spill some food in the shavings, some of what they dig up & eat will be food instead of shavings. (I do not suggest that you dump food on purpose for them to find, because chicks always spill plenty on their own.)
OMG yes the spillage!! I was just looking at no waste chicken feeders. So wasteful!. I have a baby cam set up on top of the brooder so I can watch them during the day when Im at work :D and they just spill their food like it's free~!

Say whaaaaaaat??? I told the store employee I wanted RIR and he picked them up and even talked a little about how he has a few of those himself. Well that's... interesting. I took a pic of the bucket that they were picked out from and on the lables it says "RIR, leghorn, ancona and golden laced waydotte". Do they fit in the profile of any of the other three kinds?
Tractor Supply sold me silver-laced wyandottes. No silver to be had. At least they are still wyandottes and female. LOL (gold-laced)
Lovely chicks you have there, regardless.

the types of chicks I bought are in a bucket that says hybrid between Rhode Island reds and Rhode Island whites. Does that make them ISA brown?

Yes, ISA Brown is one name for that cross, if the red was the father and the white was the mother. Different places sell the same cross with many different names. Females are mostly red, males mostly white.

Some places also sell chicks from crossing the parents the other direction, white father and red mother. When they cross them that way, both genders are mostly white, and the chicks tend to be called Amberlinks.

Hi guys! Here is their latest pic from earlier this evening. Excuse the mess- this is prior to my daily cleaning. Any chance that they are ALL still pullets?
