I have a 13 week old cross bred rooster who has just started to crow. I am giving him to a friend of mine that has about 7 or 8 full grown hens. My question is- will my friends hen except him or attack him? What age should he be before he is put with the hens or can he be put straight in with them? I just really want the best for him as we have had him since he hatched and dont want to see him hurt.[IMG]

Alot of that depends on his personality. If he is confident he shouldn't have any problems at all. If he is shy he may get picked on a bit but will eventually get over it as his hormones begin to rule.
