How soon can you sac an Easter Egger?

    at what age can you reliably sex an ER? Does feather sexing generally work?

    Usually, by 6-8 weeks, you can tell by the size/reddness of the comb and the coloration.

    I don't think feather sexing works for Easter Eggers. A more reliable method of sexing is to wait until the birds are 6-8 weeks old, and then sex them according to comb size and redness and feather color.
