How to caught an egg eating chicken?

Lately I have been finding one or two eggs that have been pecked open and eaten. Is there a way to find out which chicken is the egg eater? I just read another post about putting mustard or hot sauce in a blown out egg, but I would still like to know who is eating the egg.

Yep, usually yolk residue on the beak of feathers somewhere.

I will check their beaks tomorrow. I was also thinking of somehow to add food coloring to an empty egg and placing it back in the nest. Would that work?
