How to get duck to go broody

I have a Cayuga hen that’s been laying for about a month. We put a nest box in our duck house and she is laying them in there. We have 12 eggs now and I figured she would go broody but hasn’t. Is there a way to encourage her to lay on her eggs and hatch them? We also have a Muscovy hen that isn’t laying yet (she is young) I heard they go broody fairly easily but we lock her up separately as our other 3 ducks are mean to her. Could we possibly have her lay on the clutch?

Not all duck hens go broody. Allowing her to build a clutch may increase the chance of her going broody. Once the Muscovy hen lays and starts to set, it would be possible to give her the Cayuga eggs to hatch.
