How to Keep Chick in Box

I just got 3 chicks today - 2 are only 1 week old but one of them is "a few weeks old". This one keeps flying out of the box I have her in! How should I keep her in the box with the heat lamp??

I made my box a lid. My box is just two cardboad boxes put together and I used the part out part on top. My lamp is resting on top of a mesh screen for a 10gallon tank I happen to have laying around.

There's a window screen on our brooder. It works pretty well.
