I have 2 cochin hens and 2 mille's girls who are 4 month and started laying early. I have found there eggs scattered every where and I want to incubate them, but if I cant find them in time its all over, and I know you can wait a long time with eggs but its kind of cold outside and in the coop. The girls are not setting on there eggs.

Are they in a coop or free range? Do they seem to lay in a specific area? Do you have nedting boxes out? I know thi seems like 20 questions but need more info. Thank you.

Hi there ShellyBear, not sure if you realize it or not, but you have landed smack dab in the middle of the Peafowl section. Not that you are not welcome, but you may get more helpful advice by posting in the "Chicken Behaviors and Egg laying" section. But do come back and visit, so we have a chance to talk you into some Peas! [IMG]
