How to pip?

Ok so it's day 25 and one chick hatched but there's 4 more that I floated And are still alive. They haven't pipped yet and I'm afraid they'll die. How do I pip for them? Just break the shell at the air sac end? And then do I break the inner membrane just under the shell as we'll?

I took a upholstery needle and put a very small hole in the shell at the top of one of my eggs. It stayed that way for 3 days. When it pipped it had problems zipping. So I tried helping it out. It didn't make it. I read that the lack of oxygen is what causes the whole hatching process. So its up to you to intervene or not but I wont do it again.
