I have a keet that I need to see if someone can tell me the color of.
Can someone please tell me the color of this keet.. It came in with either the Blonde eggs I ordered or the Blue eggs I ordered.. But there is nothing blonde or blue about it.

That's a Slate keet, it will be a solid grey/blue color with no pearling at all on it. They are very pretty as adults [IMG]
Keet colors at hatch rarely indicate that's how they will look as adults, and as they mature they go thru 2 or 3 molts (changing appearance and markings each time!) before they finally get their adult feathers, so it can be pretty confusing at times.

Cute keet.. that's one of the colors I want to eventually add to my breeding flocks.
Congrats on your picture posting success [IMG]
