Our Sussex molted but when her feathers started coming back in the other hens have focused on her neck area. She has been bare for several months now & am starting to be concerned about the colder months. What can we do to protect her neck from the other chickens so her feathers grow in before winter???

The only sure way is to isolate her from the rest of the flock. You can keep her "with" the others, just fenced off so they can't get to her and she won't be lonely.

I'd say to increase the protein in their diet, because feathers are made of 75% protein. When they are pulling them out, are they eating them? I'd suggest removing the bullies from the situation, and putting blue kote (I've even just used blue food coloring) on the affected areas.
