Hi everyone! I had 4 eggs on lockdown this past weekend and only two hatched. One of them is frail so I'm keeping the two chicks apart for now. The healthy chick is very friendly and wants to be held and is VERY vocal when he's not. Does anyone have any creative ideas on how I can safely carry him around the house with me? I tried a hoodie pocket and it didn't seem safe enough. He's fearless and would jump right out given the opportunity.

Thank you!

I also sewed something for mine. I call it a hot pocket. It’s basically a small pillow case lined with fleece. You could even use a tote bag with cut pieces of fleece in there. I also just carry them in my hand (so long as it’s just one or two) and press them in close to me so they don‘t fall. I also let them climb around on me (they like to sit on my shoulder and cuddle close against my neck :love ). But I’m one of those ‘spends an unnatural amount of time with my chickens’ people :lau.
