how to spot dead embryo in candling

    just wondering, how can i tell if a chicken embryo is dead, will it lose veins or something

    ps: i am on day 12

    ok, today i candled one of my eggs and saw thick, red veins. i also saw something move for a quick second but i do not know if my mind was playing tricks on me.[​IMG]
