Hello, I have two 5 month old female silkies, that I have just brought home. I got them from a farm and I don't think they have been held much as they seem very wary. How do I tame them? Any tips? Can chickens be aggressive towards you?
Use feed and treats and have them come to you. Grabbing them will only reinforce their fear. Yes, chickens can be human aggressive, but pullets/hens rarely are.
