Thanks! I just spoke to vet at Tufts vet school up here and she said that they'd have to eat quite a lot for it to be fatal for the pigs...
    So thats a good thing!
But heres the other issue.. when we came home the pigs had escaped..(thats how they got the rhubarb plants), and they were sitting on my front porch gorging on several bags of pears that i had put there to process later on. [IMG]
And how Hammies stomach is hard and distended ... and she said that shes more worried about that.. cause i guess pigs can bloat like a dog?? [IMG]

So i'm just watching them for now... [IMG]

Quote:Mark his side with a sharpie right behind the rib cage, and measure that same spot every hour to check for it to keep growing. If you can also monitor heart rate and mucous membrane color, that will help you know if he's getting into trouble. If his stomach twists, it's a FAST and furious nose dive... [IMG] Here's hoping he's just over-full and not bloating... [IMG]
