Hi everyone. I'm Dan, a long-time lurker to BackYard Chickens. My wife and I have been raising 6 hens in Austin Texas since February 2011. We blog about homesteading, gardening, and raising chickens at www.fromourgarden.com

I won't plug the blog too hard here, but I update almost every weekday with photos and videos.

I have applied for Austin's Funky Chicken Coop Tour this year so I just may be seeing some of you if they end up choosing my Coop.
