    Chicken.Lytle Chillin' With My Peeps

Bought books from Tractor Supply, lurked here for a few months, then started my chicken ranch in June. Spent $700 on a coop and a half acre run. Spent $70 on pullets, including one rooster. Spent a FORTUNE on pre-chicken-poop pellets.

Now that they are laying I am having trouble eating all the eggs. Sometimes I have to boil the eggs, blend them, and feed them back to the chickens.

    My flock is:
    1 red sex link
    1 rhode island red
    2 black sex link
    1 buff orpington
    1 australorp
    1 rooster

Greetings from Tucson and [IMG] WOW, your birds are spoiled! That's 3,111 square feet per bird. I think you must win some sort of prize for that.
