glad that you have found BYC. I was born in Missouri and spent a great deal of my youth visiting relatives. I was assigned as a drill sergeant at Fort Leonard Wood back in the 60's, so I have always considered Missouri to be a second home. One of my sons lives in Purdy, and another lives in Monett. I get to Missouri quite often and I am familiar with the Ava area. Real pretty country.
