Hello to all! My name is Colin and I am new to chicken owning. I have a wife, Brenna, and a ten-month-old son named Calen. We have four roosters that we found abandoned last weekend, but are planning on getting three of the four adopted and getting 5-6 female chicks. The rooster that we plan on keeping is, according to what I've been told by chicken owners smarter than me, at least part Ameraucana with some Easter Egger in him.

I'm hoping to get a coop built for the first roo and some hens over the course of the next couple weeks.
