Has anyone heard of these breeds or have any experience with them? We got some recently and I was unable to find much about them online.

They are 2 breeds of Cornish Cross developed in the country. You likely won't be able to see much difference in them.

Hubbard Cobb is one of the giant corporations that owns the patented genetics that we call broiler chickens. The other giant is Ross. The " Cornish cross,Cornish rock cross,CX ect." Are actually called Cobb 500 and Ross 308. Cobb has a great web site that explains every thing in good detail. Hatcheries usually sell both.I think the cobb bird is wider bodied and shorter legged than the Ross bird.
