Hubby Spotted This MUSHROOM From the Car!!!

    We are heading down the road about 55 mph when my husband brakes. I asked him what's going on and he says he thinks he saw a mushroom...... I'm thinking "yeah, right"! [​IMG]

    It was growing along side a paved road, just 18 inches into the grass.
    Weighs 1 pound.

    That is massive. Since it is that big, I can see why he could see it.

    Prepared:
    Cut in thick slices and sautee'yum
    or slice some and then dry the rest for winter use.
    man what a find, good thing hubby has eagle eyes.
