Well, my DH has a new puppy! His name is Huck Finn. He is a stock bred Aussie. His grandfather, WTCH The Bull of Twin Oaks, is one of only three dogs to earn the Supreme Stockdog Championship title. He did this by winning all three classes of stock (cattle, sheep and ducks) at the nationals competition. His father, WTCH ATCH-OP 45 Ranch Henry Aaron, competed at the ASCA Nationals in West Bend, WI. He was the first Aussie to qualify for both the ASCA Stock finals (they only invite the top 20 dogs in the country) and also the ASCA Agility Finals. He was the #1 ranked qualifier! In September of 2007, Hank was 8th place in the ASCA Sheep Finals as well as 12th place on Ducks.
He earned a 112 at the ASCA National Stock trial. His mother is also working on her titles.

So, we have a really nicely bred working dog here! DH is so excited!

Now that is an adorable puppy. Too much energy for me, but what a sweet looking boy. Congrats. [IMG]

What a sweet face! Wish I had the money to take care of another dog after Kes passes on because I really am a dog person and an Aussie would be a good choice, I think.

Quote:Yes, they will! Funny thing - I hate blue eyes on a horse but it is striking on a dog!

I want him. Are you going to have any puppies out of him? I have always had labs, but I really want one of those.

What color is he considered? If you don't mind me asking, how much was that gorgeous thing?
