Huge crop on 5 day old chick??

I have a 5 day old barred rock with a HUGE crop. I have never seen anything like this in a chick (although I did have an adult hen with impacted crop).... Basically, the crop is giant, and the chick walks around and wobbles its head and neck. Is this something to be concerned about? Is there anything to be done?

Chicks have access to food 24/7, water with quikchik 24/7, are housed on straw, and do not get grit because they are just eating crumbles, nothing else.

I've had lots of problems with these chicks so far- one died 12 hours after I got them from what I presume was a vitamin deficiency. Another is dealing with starve out because they got help up with the post and is currently being syringe fed.
