Ive been keeping up on my chicken stall in the barn, yet its always so dusty...today I did a deeper dusting in the stall, I inhaled a lot of dust...My sinuses are swollen, all I can smell is dust and im getting a deepish cough, 7 hours later ...I now realize I really need to use a mask when cleaning the stall...but at this time its a bit late so im wondering what I can do to get my sinuses to clear? Could something worse come from this, or will this just clear up in a couple of days. I have no other health issues, eat healthy and workout a couple times a week. I will be using a mask from now on. My sinuses are on fire!

Try washing your sinuses with a saline solution.
