Pinterest is a dangerous thing. I've been looking at coop pics as I try to improve my girls' little home. I tried oh so hard to look at all those pretty coops through a practical lens, but I failed. And here is the beginning of the end of my practical approach to chicken keeping.
I bought chargers at Hobby Lobby for $2 a piece. Then I got a collection of plates from thrift stores and added buttons I had at home. I glued them together with construction adhesive. I think I will attach them to the side of my coop. Had to share. They are turning out cute and cost less than $4 a piece.
But practical, they are not.
