Humidaire 21 manual and tips?

Borrowing a Humidaire model 21 incubator. No manual. I can order one...but can anyone scan one for me pretty please?
Any tips and tricks on operation would be great too.
What is the best way to clean a redwood incubator inside and out? It's hardly used. Thanks!
