I just received my new incubator and set it up yesterday. When I first put the tube in the water container, the other water pot on the outside overflowed. Humidity is at 70% and I can't figure out how to lower it. I have it set at 40% to try and bring it down before I put my eggs in. How do I get it down to 45%? I will be hatching duck and peacock eggs.

I'm just wondering how you got on with that? I have the same incubator and can't get the humidity down.

I did one hatch with it already and the humidity was fine but this time around it just won't drop for me. I have a dehumidifier running in the room so I know the ambient humidity isn't the cause. If I open the lid the humidity drops right down but it climbs back up again when I close it. I think there's not much ventilation in it with just the one hole. Did you find anything that worked?
