Humidity level

I'm going into day 19 on my first hatch. I am unable to get my humidity level to stay above 54. I have filled the water trough up completely. I'm lost on what to do now. Any suggestions? This is the incubator that I have.

could you try encasing the incubator up in a large clear trash bag? mist the inside of the trash bag with water, it’s what I do to proof dough to prevent it from drying out, lol. see if that can help a bit...

Do you have extra hygrometers? It's probable that yours on the machine is reading wrong.

No I don't. I was thinking the say thing. There is a decent amount of condensation built up.
