humidity question

HEY! so far i'm on day 6 of my 2nd incubation. and with the new thermometer that reads humidity and temp has been amazing! temp is steady 99-100 but now the humidity i'm having some issues ... i think...it might not be a problem. it dropped to 30 % for 2 days. it had water in it and i filled it to the brink. and now it's back up to 51%...is 50's ok to keep it in?? i'm having issues with it getting any higher. but i don't want to drown the babies. which is what happened last time
i've been such a freak over the eggs...LOL i check on them all day. and check the temp all day long! i don't want something to go wrong.

40-45% is fine for the first 18 days, 50% is a bit high, I've had hatches that have ran slightly lower at 30% for the first 18 and they have been fine, you'll need 60-65% for the last 3 days at lockdown.

is there any good tips for increasing that humidity for lock down?
