Sorry for the double post(posted in baby chick sec) but I'm really needing help.

Saturday I brought home from my parents house 2 chicks that were getting picked on and limping badly. One died the first night and the other is still going. I'm able to get her to eat and drink but she is sitting back on her butt with legs out front. She won't put any weight on them. Here she is. What should I do any hope??is she suffering? Should I end things so she isn't hurting? [IMG]

Her vent is clear but she's worn all her butt feather fuzz off.

Di your parents hatch the chicks? I think about the only thing you can do is to give the chick vitamins and electrolytes along with it's food, and try making a chick chair or sling to get it up standing. Try to keep it learning to stand. Look up Poultry Pedia Podiatry for some good tips.
