Hurt Foot What do I do?

Hello
This evening I noticed blood on one of my Pekin ducks foot. She isnt limping and man she was hard to catch but once I caught her, it looks like she has ripped off a toenail.

Is there anything special I need to do to it?

We've had this happen before and we've just kept an I eye on it to make sure it doesn't get any worse. It always heals up very fast though, so not a big deal really.
