i have a silkie chick that has done something to her right leg ,she wont walk she just holds it stiff out in front of her she is eating drinking all of that,the toes on that foot are curled up not spreed out like the other foot.i dont have the money for a vet so ,i want to do what i can and hope she gets better ,i dont want to put her down she is a very pretty girl ,i have read to wrap it with vet wrap but i dont know if i should it has been a few days since she came up hurt so any help would be great
 
Is it a newly hatched chick? If she can pull her foot under her, you may use bandaging tape to help her toes spread correctly. Some hatch "splay legged" due to some nutrient missing in their development. She may grow out of it if she can eat/drink ok. Its quality of life that becomes an issue and you'll have to judge how she's doing.
