Hybrid cockerel- who’s it’s mother?

This cockerel (photo attached) is now 8 weeks old. He hatched under a broody hen in the spring. I think he is a handsome boy! His father is known- a big Noir Maran rooster-( Photo) our only mature roo. His mother- now we have a Delaware, Noir Maran, Rhode Island Red, Easter Egger, & Plymouth Rock hens. Looking at him, I am guessing his mother is the Easter Egger hen in the attached photo. Do you all agree? The coloring seems to match, and both he and she have cheek tufts….what do you all think?

I would guess that the EE is his mother too! :D He is adorable by the way!!😍
