I’m so excited!!

i just have to tell someone! My hubby is still asleep (he works nights).
I got my first egg!!!

I have some of those fake eggs in the nesting boxes and I saw this tiny clean different colored one. Lol I was a little confused at first. I was expecting a yucky dirty thing.
I want to run and knock on all my neighbors doors and tell them! I offered some eggs as a thank you for putting up with my Roo who is CONSTANTLY crowing lol.
With almost 50 hens, this is the first of many to come. I’m so proud because I feel they wouldnt lay unless they were well cared for and happy.
