Just wondering what anyone thought as far as what this little guy is. He stands at a solid 12 hh.
He was given to us as a rescue.

My guess too. I wish I had a reason to have one, if my grandchildren lived closer, I would. Very good personalities, never met one I didn't like, and I boarded my horse with a lady who sold them.

Nice and leggy! not cobby looking at all. That's a very pretty pony.

We have him up for sale [IMG] We know chickens, ducks, geese, dogs and goats but we know nothing about horses. I want to find him a good home with someone that is familiar with horses and can give him proper training. We have learned through trial and error how to halter break him and we now can lead him around but as far as breaking him ummmm I am thinking we won't be doing that. We have no idea what we are doing.
Someone thought since we belong to a dog rescue that we took horses so he ended up here. I couldn't say no [IMG] That's how we ended up with our mini donkey too! I just thought if I knew his breed I could get more info on him.

What's really funny is that the lady who bought and sold them had a woman with 2 teens "break" them, and all she did was put her teens on their back and they kind of trained themselves!
