Got my permit in the mail today for up to 8 hens. Need to go "chicken shopping" 'cause the health dept says I can.....so there....lololol. I think this is the only time I've ever said "I'm glad I live in Omaha".

Wow, glad we don't need any permits to keep chickens over here in South Africa!
Congrats and have fun!! I live near Kansas City and hope my permit will be approved in December. Keep us posted on your girls and their new home!
