Just was wondering what everyone is eating before Christmas. I bet everyone is laying off the turkey and the hams at the moment . . . or have you started on the Christmas feast already?

We did Honey Baked Ham for Sunday Dinner.

We'll do something light on Christmas this year.

I was thinking of having something straight from the freezer, but resisted. Thought I will leave it all in there for after Christmas when I am all cooked out.
