    Thanks guys! I have a hen with a broken leg she got a heavy piece. Of wood dropped on her we splinted it and such. Today however I have noticed swelling and discoloration to the entire foot and leg below anyone have any advice?

    Welcome to BYC. Best advice I can give you is to research and find out everything you can about chickens before you get some.

    Check out the different breeds on the Breeds section of this website and see which might suit you best.
