I bought baby ducks for my broody silkies

My silkies have been sitting up in their nesting boxes for about 3 weeks. I bought some baby ducks for them to raise that I have in the house right now. Will it be ok to close the nesting box area and introduce babies tonight... then move everyone down stairs tomorrow into new nest boxes?

The ducklings are a few days old. The nesting boxes are high, their food and water is below. You can kind of see the coop in my profile pic
