I broke my incubator!

I have a JANOEL24 which I love, but cleaning it today and I must have used too hot water as the base and shelf have warped! So I need either somewhere I can buy replacement parts, or if anyone has a broken machine that I can buy those things from you. Really don't want to have to buy a whole new incubator because I used boiling water like a numpty!
