I can't Edit my swap page

Help I can't edit my swap page. I have done it many times but can't find the edit button.

It's at the bottom, on the left, just above the comments. It says it was edited a few minutes ago? You are the only person who has permission to edit it.

I am sorry I'm a dummy for some reason I thought it was on the top. I am old I guess. LOL
