I'm letting them free-range in the backyard, but our fence is only 5-6' high (varies with ground slope). I'm terrified of them getting in the neighbors' backyards, since most of our neighbors either aren't aware of them or just aren't saying anything because they aren't a nuisance. It was much easier than I thought it would be; I was able to do them all by myself. They didn't even freak out. They were handled a lot as babies but less as adults because they seem to dislike it so much. I do still handfeed them, though.

AND one is making cluck-cluck noises like a big girl. [IMG] Yay! They are approximately just over two months old today. 3-4 more months and we can look for eggs, right? Right in the middle of the Orthodox Nativity fast (40 days of veganism). Oh well, the first ones can go to friends I suppose. And then there will be so many to bake with for Christmas!
