I got two more babies. They are 2-3 week old "araucana" pullets (I'm guessing they are really ameraucanas). At the feed store they had a few grey babies, and I really wanted some green or blue egg layers, and I just couldn't say no. I already have 5 5-wk-olds. They are a little stressed right now, and really aren't moving around. So I'm trying to leave them alone and let them settle.

They have really green legs and little cheek puffs. Oh, they're so cute.

What will they look like as adults? I'd love to see progression pics of your babies that looked like this.

Love the photos, especially the first one. What a face!! I would love to help you out with some photos of mine, but mine are only a couple weeks older than yours. But I'll be watching this thread...I'd love to see what other peoples EE chicks look like as adults!

The one chick is having a problem, you can read about it here.

Any ideas? She can't seem to stand up, and only shuffles backwards. She does go forward, but powers herself with her wings. Otherwise appears normal. She prefers to perch, but even then, doesn't stand up.[IMG]
