Couldn't help myself, I've been stricken with chick fever! Here they are just after I put them in their temporary brooder. They're 3-4 days old. Any guesses as to what the two colored ones might be? The yellows were sent as assorted pullets and the colored ones as straight runs, but no breeds were given. that they're all girls! The brooder is registering at 95 degrees exactly and they're doing great... eating, drinking and faintly peeping. I'm going to fix them up with a huge cardboard box brooder when they get a little older and I can lower the temp a little. I'm so excited, I've never had tiny chicks to love before!
