I don't know what this means but here is what I noticed

My RIR Roo has an dirty butt. His feathers had dried on poop. At the base of the feathers there were what looked like ant bites. Its red around the edge of the hole

What is this? What do I need to do please help me.

I'am worried about him!

Sounds like lice/mites a good dusting of "Seven" found in your local garden center. Make sure you dust all the chickens and there housing. Then dust again in 10 days.

Sorry I misspelled the name "Sevin-5" dust powder found in the garden center at your local hardware type store.. It is used for plants, vegetables, roses you can put it on your lawn. We recommend this for chickens here at our vet clinic.
